I know I haven’t posted anything in forever, so I felt the need to make this formal apology to you all and perhaps explain the reason why I haven’t done jack shit.
Firstly, school started on August 14th, which is way too early if you ask me, and I’ve been really crazy busy being in full IB and dealing with my senior year and college apps and shit.
(And I spent the week before that doing summer homework and sending my brother off to college in Missouri)
Also, my laptop is completely broken and useless, so I have to do everything from my iPad now, so I can just stick in a flash drive and get access to my drawings. Also, all of my files are in middle-of-nowhere Missouri since my brother wiped my hard drive and took the only copy with him…so yeah…
If you ever feel like doing something nice for someone who’s hurt you, punch yourself in the face.
You know when you miss someone or broke up with them and you think you see them everywhere? Well, my ex is literally everywhere, and I’m not just seeing things. His mom told me to consider the college he’s going to and it actually looks like a really good school that would offer lots of scholarship money. And I go online to find my summer homework and he’s on my school’s home page for his National Merit Scholarship. And NOW, I’ve been assigned his old locker. Too many bad memories. It’s not that I have anything against him, but I’ve tried being his friend and he told me that I only cause trouble for him. So he’s done with me, but I still have to be reminded of him all the time.
How to make (frozen) butterbeer:
The base is just your favourite cream sodapop. One cup per serving should suffice. Put in an ice cream maker for 20-30 min. for slush consistency.
The topping is just flavoured whipped cream. Whip one cup of heavy cream to a fluffy, yet runny consistency and add 1-2 teaspoons of butterscotch syrup and 1/8-1/4 teaspoon of salt. Whip again until a little bit runnier than ready-made whipped cream.
Put the sodapop in glasses or steins of your choice. Spoon cream on top.
Enjoy with your wizarding pals when you can’t make it to Hogsmeade.
Oh wow! Thank you muchly muchly!
