If you ever feel like doing something nice for someone who’s hurt you, punch yourself in the face.
How to make (frozen) butterbeer:
The base is just your favourite cream sodapop. One cup per serving should suffice. Put in an ice cream maker for 20-30 min. for slush consistency.
The topping is just flavoured whipped cream. Whip one cup of heavy cream to a fluffy, yet runny consistency and add 1-2 teaspoons of butterscotch syrup and 1/8-1/4 teaspoon of salt. Whip again until a little bit runnier than ready-made whipped cream.
Put the sodapop in glasses or steins of your choice. Spoon cream on top.
Enjoy with your wizarding pals when you can’t make it to Hogsmeade.
